Order Processing


All Private Lands products are made to order.


Once your order is placed, it goes into production before it ships. This typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on product type and order volume.


You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Times


Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:
 • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
 • International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment


These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen, especially during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Multiple Items / Split Shipments


We work with a fulfillment partner that operates multiple facilities.


If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

For orders shipped outside the U.S.:
 • Delivery times vary by country
 • Customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply
 • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Address Accuracy


Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.


Include your order number and any relevant photos if applicable. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

Because orders go into production quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
