Shipping policy

All Private Lands Co products are made to order / print-on-demand. After you order, your item goes into production before it ships (typically 2–5 business days, depending on product type and volume).

You’ll get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Where we ship

Currently we ship to the United States only. Checkout shipping rates are available for Domestic US addresses. International shipping at checkout is not enabled yet.

Shipping times (US)

Estimated delivery after fulfillment: 3–7 business days within the United States. These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays and high-volume periods can add delay.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your US address and the items in your order. Free standard US shipping may apply when merchandise subtotals meet the threshold shown in cart (currently $100+). Under that threshold, Printful carrier rates apply at checkout (most US apparel about $5–$15; larger or multi-item carts can be higher).

Multiple items / split shipments

We fulfill through Printful, which operates multiple facilities. Multi-item orders may ship separately and arrive at different times. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Address accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with Printful to make it right.

Order changes & cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. Reach out ASAP and we’ll do our best.
