Thank you for shopping with Private Lands Co. Our products are made-to-order / print-on-demand, which means each item is produced specifically for your order after you purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
No returns or exchanges for fit, color preference, or change of mind
Because items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size
- Wrong color preference
- Change of mind
- Ordering the incorrect product by mistake
Please review product descriptions and size charts on each product page carefully before you buy. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is the wrong item, we will make it right.
What to do: Email us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the problem (and packaging if relevant)
When your claim is eligible, we will provide a free replacement. In most cases, you do not need to ship the item back.

Please note that made-to-order / customized goods may be exempt from the cooling-off right under EU consumer rules when they are clearly personalized.
